Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Society will be held on Saturday March 20th 2010 in The Fenn, Trent College, Derby Road, Long Eaton, NG10 4AD at 5.00 pm. The meeting will be opened under the chairmanship of the President who will conduct the following business:

Agenda

1. To consider the annual report and accounts

2. To elect officers and trustees to serve the Society

3. To appoint an auditor

4. To discuss proposed changes to the rules of the Society

The Annual Dinner will follow the AGM.
